Project Training for Energy Professionals is designed to help you get things done and deliver real value. It will help energy professionals of every discipline lead and participate in the many business projects completed each year.

While PMs will benefit from this course, it is not designed for them. The training is light on theory and focused on practicality. At the start of the course, you will be asked to select a project to use as a case study. During the training you will use the case study as you work through a series of interactive exercises using practical workbooks, templates, tools and techniques to reinforce learning. After the course you will know how to use this material again and again to plan and execute business projects to get things done and deliver real value.
