SÖKKVABEKKR (Old Norse: [sɔk:wabek:r]; “treasure bank”) is Saga Wisdom’s annual technical conference, where knowledge and merriment are shared together in keeping with ancient Viking customs.
SÖKKVABEKKR 2024 marks our fourth installment of SAGA Wisdom’s annual technical conference. This year we are excited to welcome our community to historic Charleston, the oldest and largest city in South Carolina. Our technical program features a wide variety of industry experts sharing their experiences and insights on tight unconventional reservoirs.

Cocktail City Tours 1:30pm - 3:30pm
Cocktail city tours offers two unique experiences. The ‘Roaring 20s’ tour features drinks that were popular back during the height of prohibition. The ‘True Crime’ tour dives into the sordid history of crime in the Holy City.
Carolina Belle Harbor Tour 4:00pm - 6:15pm
Climb Aboard the Carolina Belle to enjoy the beauty of the Charleston Harbor. During this scenic and relaxing tour, you will see over 75 landmarks and points of interest including stunning up close views of Fort Sumpter, where the first shots of the Civil War were fired.
Welcome Cocktail Reception 8:00pm - 10:00pm

Mingle with industry colleagues in your finest Gatsby-inspired attire. Dazzling flapper dresses, dapper suits, sharp tuxedos, and for the ladies, the elegant silhouettes and bias-cut gowns of the 1930s are all highly encouraged! As the night unfolds, indulge in a delectable dinner, captivating live music by a thrilling brass band, and thematic entertainment that will echo the glamour of the Roaring Twenties. And jump into our exciting casino featuring classic games! Test your skills at the roulette table, blackjack, or try your hand at craps.
