Warren is a geological and petrophysical specialist with more than fourteen years experience in the evaluation of unconventional tight and shale plays, as well as structured, fractured plays and conventional clastic and carbonate reservoirs. Warren has performed broadscale petrophysical reservoir characterization studies in a number of regions, including basin-wide petrophysical studies of the Duvernay and Kotcho Formations in Alberta and B.C.. Warren is frequently involved in the petrophysical evaluation of reservoirs for hydrocarbon reserve and resource reporting, supply studies, due diligence in A&D and legal claims, as well as evaluation of reservoirs for sequestration purposes. He has acted in technical advisory roles to a number of clients, notably KUFPEC in their >$1 Billion joint partnership with Chevron on the Duvernay shale gas play. Warren holds B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees from the University of Alberta.
