Riccardo is a geologist with a master’s in geophysics and over 25 years of international experience with top E&P operators. His career spans exploration, operations, and R&D, with deep expertise in seismic operations, geophysical project management, and technical leadership across the oil & gas and renewable sectors.
He has held senior roles at Eni, Talisman Energy, Repsol, and TotalEnergies, working across Italy, the UK, the Netherlands, Egypt, Kazakhstan, Indonesia, Malaysia, China, and Taiwan.
Currently, Riccardo is Operations Manager at OPEN, overseeing the planning and construction of large-scale photovoltaic farms in northern Italy. His recent work also includes geothermal exploration with ZeroGeo Energy GmbH and seismic campaign management with EDR and TotalEnergies. He brings a strong blend of technical expertise and operational insight to both conventional and renewable energy projects.
