As an industry expert with 30 years of experience at GLJ, Jodi has witnessed the company evolve from a reserves evaluations provider to the strategic client partner that it is today. Under Jodi’s guidance as CEO, GLJ’s collective knowledge of subsurface and carbon sequestration technologies ensures its clients take the right next step toward viable long-term, sustainable solutions. Jodi believes strongly about meeting global energy demand while striking the right balance between affordability, availability and environmental sustainability.
Jodi’s extensive technical experience includes reserves and resource evaluation, detailed field development studies and independent asset transaction valuations. Jodi is an expert in the preparation of domestic and international unconventional resource assessments and the appropriate securities disclosure rules. Additionally, Jodi is dedicated to furthering the industry through knowledge sharing and has presented numerous workshops and courses throughout Canada, the United States, South America and Europe. He is an active board member with the Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE) and Society of Petroleum Evaluations Engineers (SPEE) and participates in several other energy industry associations.
Jodi holds a M.Sc. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Calgary and holds a Professional Engineer designation in the province of Alberta.
