I am an E&P innovation and business leader with 20 years of industry experience in MOLGroup, ConocoPhillips, and Shell International E&P. Throughout my career, I have led technical teams of all life-cycle of the E&P business including exploration, appraisal, field development, innovation, and technical service teams driving and impacting 100s of MM USD investments across the globe. I am globally recognized as a carbonate, reservoir quality, and unconventional expert with a proven track record of successfully building, inspiring, and managing multidisciplinary teams and organizations. My leadership strength is in holding the space between the creativity of teams and delivering short- and long-term strategy. I develop strategies, systems and processes as a way to bring people together and lead them to a desired outcome as efficiently and effectively as possible. In 2023 I founded Scale.Up Foundations LLC, a company that supports technology start-up companies and large technology organizations in their scale-up process mainly focusing on strategy and the “human experience”. I am a faculty member of the SEED School for Executive Education and Development, where I teach and develop executive leadership courses and act as a mentor to executives. I am the president-elect for AAPG Europe. In this role, I am dedicated to support our geoscience communities in Europe, so that they can deliver all the science and technology that is needed for our societies to make the energy transition a success.
